Infurious are producing digital comics, designed for the iPhone, the comics will be distributed using the Apple App store and, as a consequence, available to the massive market of iPhone users. 

Using the Comic Reader application developed by Phil Orr (as Blue Pilot Software) and designed by 2000AD comic artist PJ Holden, Infurious comics are unique in that the entire application was conceived and designed by a professional comic artist and coded by a someone with over 15 years of educational programming experience.

Infurious are licensing its technology so that independent comic companies can also leverage the phenomenal potential of the App store and we’re also working with a select list of top creators to bring their unique vision to the iPhone.

The Infurious Comics Engine is the most advanced comic reader application available today, here’s just some of our extraordinary and unique features available to creators choosing to use our technology:

• Bookmarkable pages - not only will you always return to the page you were last reading, but you can also bookmark any page for instant navigation.
• Thumbnail Chapters - Every comic can have a multitude of creator specified chapters, each with a thumbnail of the page in the comic. Making navigation a cinch.
• Audio per comic AND audio per panel. Listen to your favourite writer/artist discuss the comic or discuss the individual panels.
• Embedded movies and linking to youtube. 
• Multi layered content, as seen in Murderdrome and EyeCandy, you can reveal inks and pencils - but the layered content doesn’t have to end there - you could also reveal alternative panels, sketches, photographs, videos - your only limit is your imagination.
